David has been professionally qualified since 1982 and has wide experience in general survey work, including Building Surveys, RICS HomeBuyer Reports and valuations for institutional lenders and private clients, including taxation, matrimonial and expert reports. He has been part of the Bradleys professional team since 2002.

Arron joined Bradleys Surveyors in 2012 and achieved Chartered status through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence in Residential Survey and Valuation in 2016. He is an RICS Registered Valuer and undertakes Home Surveys, Building Surveys and a wide range of valuations across Cornwall.

Ben joined Bradleys as a trainee surveyor in 2018 and later gained an MSc with Distinction in Real Estate before becoming a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in 2021. His work includes Home Surveys, Building Surveys, concrete testing and a range of private and mortgage valuations.

Tom was born and brought up in Devon and studied Estate Management at Reading University. His career has covered Plymouth, Somerset, Torquay, North Devon and Cornwall. Based in Exeter since 1996, he works across the South West with both residential and commercial property.

Sue joined Bradleys Surveyors in 1997 and progressed from administration into surveying, gaining a First Class Honours Degree in Estate Management and becoming a Chartered Surveyor in 2012. Her work includes mortgage valuations, Home Surveys, Inheritance Tax valuations and commercial valuations. She is Bradleys Surveyors' Managing Director.

John trained in Rural Estate Management and has worked in private practice and for the National Trust. Since joining Bradleys as an RICS Registered Valuer in 2020, he has undertaken mortgage, probate and private valuations and specialises in land, farmland, woodland, equestrian enterprises and development plots.

Jade graduated from the College of Estate Management in 2010 and is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. She joined Bradleys Surveyors in 2018. Her work includes mortgage valuations, RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys and private valuations including probate and lease extension valuations.

Phil has been an RICS Registered Valuer since 2011 and joined Bradleys Chartered Surveyors in 2016. He specialises in valuation work for residential property, farms, land, woodland, HMOs and leasehold property, including loan security, probate, financial settlement, tax, insurance and expert-witness instructions.

Steve joined Bradleys Surveyors in 2018 following a background in estate agency and residential and commercial energy assessment. After completing the SAVA Level 6 Diploma in residential surveying and valuing, his work has focused on mortgage valuations, Home Surveys and Building Surveys, predominantly across North Devon.

Lucy joined Bradleys Surveyors in 2016 as an Administrator before completing an MSc in Real Estate and the RICS Assessment of Professional Competency. She achieved Chartered status in 2021 and now undertakes mortgage valuations, Home Surveys and private valuations including Right to Buy, Help to Buy and probate valuations.

Bryher is a secretary working in Taunton. She is also in training to become a Chartered Surveyor. Bryher enjoys swimming, the gym and horse riding.

Tom has been a member of the RICS for more than 30 years and has undertaken residential valuations and Home Surveys in Devon and Somerset for over two decades. His valuation work includes mortgage lending, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Right to Buy, tax and probate purposes.

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor who has worked from Bradleys' Taunton office since 2002 and has more than 25 years' experience across Somerset. His expertise includes Building Surveys, Home Surveys and valuations for mortgage, probate, court proceedings and acquisitions or disposals. His long-standing local knowledge is particularly strong across Exmoor and the wider county.
