Chris Davis BSc (HONS) FRICS

Chris is a Chartered Surveyor with over thirty five years experience of survey and valuation work, mostly within Cornwall. Chris has held several positions with major corporate surveying companies as well as a partnership within a private company practising in the area before joining Taylor Yates in 1999. His fields of expertise include Building Surveys, RICS HomeBuyer Reports and Valuations for a range of purposes including lender mortgage valuations, sale and purchase, taxation, probate and family settlements. Chris also undertakes independent inspections to enable the provision of Professional Consultants Certificates for new build properties according to NHBC or similar warranty provision. Chris has undertaken concrete testing (mundic). He has previously served on the local RICS Committee and chaired a local surveyor’s group.

He is married with a son and daughter and lives in mid Cornwall.

David Brown BSc MRICS

David has been professionally qualified since 1982 and has wide experience in general survey work to include Building Surveys, RICS HomeBuyer Reports, valuations for institutional lenders and private clients including taxation, matrimonial and expert reports.

David has been part of the Bradleys professional team since 2002 having previously been a partner in a large West Country estate agency surveying practise, after which he occupied management roles within a National corporate.

David lives in west Cornwall with his wife and four children, Misty’ the whippet and ‘Murphy’ the golden retriever.

Arron Wallace, MRICS

Arron is our youngest Chartered Surveyor. Having completed his academic qualifications in Surveying through the College of Estate Management, Arron successfully completed the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) in Residential Survey and Valuation during Spring 2016, gaining membership to the RICS and Chartered status in the process.

Arron has been with Bradleys Surveyors since 2012, gaining valuable experience whilst working alongside Chris and David in a wide range of survey and valuation work during his professional development. Arron now carries out RICS HomeBuyer Reports, Building Surveys, Valuations and concrete testing across Cornwall.

Ben Stevens

Ben joined Bradleys as a trainee surveyor in June 2018 having previously worked for an independent estate agent in Falmouth. During his training period Ben gained an Msc in Real Estate through the University College of Estate Management and has subsequently completed the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), gaining membership to the RICS as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer.

Throughout Ben’s professional development and training he gained valuable experience by working alongside and assisting his senior colleagues Chris, Arron and David in a wide range of survey and valuation work across Cornwall. Ben now carries out RICS HomeBuyer Reports, Valuations and concrete testing in Cornwall.
